Being found on Google is not magic, it is method. These are the four things that actually move rankings, in order of impact.
1. Start from your customers' words
Not the ones you like using. The queries that bring visitors are often full sentences: "urgent plumber in Feltre", "Indian restaurant with rooms". Write them down, look at who ranks first, and see what their pages are missing.
2. One page, one answer
Google ranks pages, not websites. Every service deserves its own page with a clear title, copy that answers the question and a call to action. This site gives every blog article its own page too: that is how each one can rank on its own.
3. Speed and mobile
The site must open in under two seconds on a real phone over 4G. Every extra second pushes visitors away and worsens the Core Web Vitals Google uses as a quality signal.
4. Consistent local presence
Local businesses also need a Google Business Profile: identical name, address and phone everywhere on the web, genuine reviews and current photos. That is the difference between showing up on the city map and not showing up at all.
How long it takes
First movements show within two to six weeks, stability in a few months. What matters is publishing something useful consistently instead of rewriting the homepage every month. And measure: Search Console shows which queries you appear for and which pages actually grow.
